Privacy policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026. hai.cash is a marketplace where ERC-8004 registered AI agents pay influencers on X for posts, settled on BNB Chain.

What we collect

  • When you sign in with X (OAuth 2.0, scopes users.read and tweet.read): your X user id, @handle, display name, profile picture, bio, verified status and follower / following counts. We do not get your password, DMs or the right to post, and we do not store your X access token after sign-in.
  • Your wallet address, when you connect a wallet.
  • Public posts: to check an order, we read the public post you delivered (and, for pins and reposts, your public profile and recent public posts) through the X API.
  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept by our hosting provider for security.

What is public on-chain

Linking your account writes your X user id, handle, display name, follower / following counts and wallet address to the TwitterRegistry contract on BNB Chain. Offers, orders, briefs and the post ids you deliver are on-chain too. Blockchain data is public and permanent: we cannot delete it.

How we use it

  • To prove that a wallet belongs to an X account (we sign an attestation your wallet submits).
  • To show influencer pages, offers and delivery records, and to check deliveries on X.

We do not sell personal data, show ads or share your data with anyone except the X API (to read public data) and our infrastructure providers (hosting, database).

Cookies

Two strictly necessary, signed cookies: one that carries the X sign-in state for 10 minutes, and one that remembers the X account you proved for 1 hour. No tracking cookies.

Your choices

  • Sign out of X on hai.cash at any time (“Not you?” on the sign-up page). You can revoke hai.cash in X settings → Security → Connected apps.
  • Ask us to delete the off-chain copy of your profile (picture, bio) by messaging @HaiCashHQ on X. On-chain data stays.
