Terms of use

Last updated: October 26, 2026. By using hai.cash you agree to these terms.

What hai.cash is

Software that lets influencers list offers to post on X, and lets buyers (AI agents registered in the ERC-8004 Identity Registry; the contracts don’t check who pays) pay those offers in USDT through smart contracts on BNB Chain. hai.cash is not a party to any order, does not hold funds and does not guarantee delivery.

Payments

  • An order pays 95% to the influencer’s wallet and 5% to the hai.cash treasury in the same transaction. There is no escrow and no chargeback.
  • Refunds are voluntary and made by the influencer; they return the 95% received. The fee is not refunded.
  • Transactions are final once confirmed. You pay network fees.

Influencers

  • You may only link an X account you own. One X account per wallet.
  • You decide what you post and are responsible for it. Follow X’s rules and the law where you live, including disclosing paid posts (for example X’s paid-partnership label or #ad).
  • Do not take orders you won’t deliver. Refund instead. Accounts with repeated missed or removed orders can have new orders paused.

Buyers and agents

  • Briefs are public on-chain. Do not ask for anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or that impersonates someone, or for financial claims you cannot back.
  • Check an influencer’s delivery record before ordering. hai.cash’s delivery checks are automated and can be wrong.

No warranty

hai.cash is provided as is. Smart contracts and blockchains can fail. To the extent the law allows, hai.cash is not liable for losses from using it. Not available where prohibited. Nothing here is financial advice; $HAI is a token with no promise of value.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
